1. Information we collect
- From our website: the details you enter in our contact form, such as your name, company, phone number, email, number of employees, chosen plan and message.
- From our clients: the employee information needed to provide HR services, such as names, identity and visa details, employment contracts, salaries, bank details for salary payments, attendance and leave records.
- Technical data: basic visit statistics collected without cookies, such as pages viewed and the country of the visitor.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and carry out the free HR check.
- To provide the HR services agreed with our clients.
- To meet our legal obligations in the UAE.
- To improve our website.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
3. Legal basis
We process personal data in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, based on your consent, on the contract with our client, or on a legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run our business, such as email, form processing and secure file storage providers, and only as far as needed. Government submissions are made by the client's own representative or an approved service centre. We do not share data with any other third party without written approval, unless the law requires it.
5. How we protect it
Everyone who handles client data signs a confidentiality agreement. Access is limited to the team assigned to each client, and client files are kept in folders owned by the client.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the service and then returned or deleted, except where the law requires us to keep records for longer.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@behalfhr.com. We reply within 30 days.
8. Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your language and light or dark mode choice on your own device only.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
