These terms apply to the services provided by Behalf ("Behalf HR", "we"), licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under licence no. 1262435, to its clients ("you").
1. Services
We provide remote HR management services as described in the plan you choose, which may include payroll preparation, WPS salary files, contracts and policies, leave and attendance records, end-of-service calculations, employee files and HR advice.
2. Free HR check
The free HR check is a review of your current HR setup with no obligation to sign up.
3. Fees and payment
- Fees are shown in UAE dirhams per month and include VAT where applicable.
- Fees are invoiced monthly in advance and are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
- The plan is based on your number of employees. If your team grows beyond your plan, we will agree the new plan with you before changing the fee.
4. Term and cancellation
Every plan has a minimum term of three months. After the minimum term, either party may cancel with one month's written notice. On cancellation, all your files remain with you.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information on time.
- Review and approve payroll and other documents before they are used.
- Arrange for your PRO or an approved service centre to submit government transactions.
- Make all employment decisions, such as hiring, pay changes and terminations. We advise and carry out your decisions.
6. Confidentiality
We keep your business and employee information confidential and use it only to provide the services. Our team members sign confidentiality agreements.
7. Data protection
We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for fines or losses caused by incomplete or inaccurate information, late approvals, or government submissions handled by your representative. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
9. Tools on our website
The gratuity calculator and other website content give general estimates and information. They are not legal advice.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
